Once you recieve your sample

Silver Shield Deodorant:

Pour from the sample bottle a dime-sized amount of deodorant to the center of your palm. Then rub your palm against a single underarm. Repeat steps alternating to your opposite palm and opposite underarm. Please contact us if you have any problems.

Silver Tongue Oral Disinfectant:

Pour the entire contents of the bottle in to your mouth and swish around for about 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Then spit out, but do not immediately rinse your mouth out with water, as this will lessen the effectiveness. *For best results, trying using before bedtime. For any other time of the day, try to avoid eating and drinking for at least 20 minutes to maximize effectiveness.
