Refunds & Returns

Direct, In-Person Sales with Silver Botanicals

Returns on Deodorant Products

Silver Botanicals provides a 30-day, satisfaction guarantee on its deodorant products. Customers wishing to return a deodorant product (unused or used) can return the product for the original purchase price. Used deodorant refills are not eligible for return.

Returns on Non-Deodorant Products

Our valued customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to make returns for a full refund (original purchase price). We do not accept opened or used items for return, as our products cannot be resold once used. We will issue a refund after all the returned products have been received.

We proudly stand behind the quality of our products. Our valued customers have 30 days (from the date of receipt) to submit a return for a refund of original purchase price. To make a return, please email us at: Turn on Javascript!. Include your name, order date, transaction ID, and items to be returned in the email. Please note, we may ask for photographic proof of any damages and, or item discrepancies. If approved, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), along with detailed return instructions, within 72 hours. The return address will be indicated within the RMA instructions. We suggest that you return via USPS. Do not return any merchandise by air express or C.O.D.

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your return to be processed. We reserve the right to approve or not approve any return. Some factors that may affect approval: return time, product condition, inaccurate RMA information, etc.

To make a return, please submit a return request through Amazon. We will reply within 72 hours. If authorized, a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and RML (Return Mailing Label) will be emailed to you through Amazon's system. We suggest that you return via USPS. Do not return any merchandise by air express or C.O.D.

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your return to be processed. We reserve the right to disapprove any return that doesn't meet Amazon's Return Policy requirements. Some factors that may affect approval: return time, product condition, inaccurate RMA form.

Merchant Errors

Silver Botanicals will only bear responsibility for shipments sent directly from Silver Botanicals to a customer's location. Any alleged shipment error(s) will first be thoroughly investigated by our team. If it is discovered that the alleged error(s) is due to a mistake made by Silver Botanicals, we will correct the error at our expense.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Before submitting your order, please verify your correct shipping address. Silver Botanicals is not responsible for verifying correct shipping addresses prior to shipment. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to allege their correct shipping address, in the pertinent systems (Amazon, PayPal, Etsy, etc.), before submitting their order. Shipments that are lost, delayed, 'returned to sender,' or any other error due to an incorrect shipping address will not be replaced or compensated by Silver Botanicals without additional costs to the customer, to be determined upon each case.

Product Damage In Shipping

If any kind of product damage is discover upon receipt of your order, please contact us immediately. Each case of shipping damage will be thoroughly investigated by our team. If it is determined that product damage(s) were due to an error on the part of Silver Botanicals, we will do one, or a combination of three possible actions,as determined per instance:

Please contact us by completing the CONTACT US form on our site and provide us your name and order number or call us at 855-452-8847.

Orders placed through Amazon.com (Merchant Services)

We accept order cancellations or changes only if we are contacted prior to order shipment. Typically, order shipments are made on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays around 1 PM CST. Please contact us by completing the CONTACT US form on our website (http://silver-botanicals.com/contact.html) and provide us your name and order number, throught the CONTACT SELLER page on Amazon.com, or call us at 855-452-8847. Cancellation requests can also be submitted through Amazon.com.
